It seems every day most of us receive numerous invitations to participate in the webinar which will “change our lives”. Many are really useful and provide just the right stuff to the intended audience. Others – well, if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is just that. But how do we know which is which – and how do we fill our calendars with the online presentations that are the most useful and avoid the wasted time of registering for those that ultimately are not quite ready for external audiences? My rule of thumb is to rely on providers with a reputation in the industry for excellence. But these days, there are so many webinars and therefore so many providers I don’t know. The content and agenda can be enticing, but misleading. And sometimes the most clever headline yields a really good bit of information. What’s been your experience?
